Dear Global Bitgetters,
This article is about traders’ total equity in futures in Bitget’s One-Click Copy Trade.
I. Traders’ Total Equity in Futures (USDT)
When initiating a copy trade, the trader’s total equity in futures needs to meet the minimum requirement. Otherwise, the followers will not be able to copy the trade. Please check the following table for more details:
Total equity in futures (USDT) | Maximum number of followers |
500 ≤ Total equity in futures < 1,000 | 100 |
1,000 ≤ Total equity in futures < 5,000 | 300 |
5,000 ≤ Total equity in futures | 500 |
II. Illustration
Let’s suppose Trader A has a total equity of 1,000 USDT in futures and can take up a maximum of 300 followers. And now all the slots have been fully filled.
On the next day, due to market vitality, Trader A lost 500 USDT and had 500 USDT left in his account. According to the rules, now he could only get 100 followers but those 300 followers on the previous day still can follow him. That is to say, if he initiates a new copy trade by opening a BTC/USDT position, the previous 300 followers can still copy this trade.
