The bitget digital asset trading platform ("the company") owns or shares the copyright and other related intellectual property rights of related content (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, etc.) with content providers in the bitget platform. “bitget” and “BG.bitget” are registered trademarks of the Company and its affiliates and are protected by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
Except as otherwise provided by the laws of the Cayman Islands, if without written permission of the company, no unit or individual may use or copy any part of the copyright and other intellectual property rights and trademarks of the above-mentioned company in any way or for any reason to modified, transcribe, disseminate, bundled or sale with other products.
Copyright Protection Complaint Guidelines
If the right holder believes that the involved content providing by the company such as information storage space, page, link service infringes on the right of information network transmission or deletes or changes its own right of electronic information, could submit a written notice to the company to requeste the company delete the work or disconnect the link. The notice must be signed by the right holder. If it is an institution, it must be stamped with the official seal of the organization.
The notice should contain the following:
The name of right holder, contact information, address, copy of valid ID card (natural person), copy of the valid registration certificate of the institution (institution);
The exact name and network address of the linked infringing work are requested to delete or disconnect
The preliminary certification materials that constitute the infringement, including but not limited to the ownership certificates or the manuscripts to prove the ownership of the copyright and the information network.
