1. How do I top up funds for my Bitget Card?
Instead of topping up, you should maintain sufficient balance in your [Funding Account] under the Bitget account. Make sure that your funds are transferred into the [Funding Account] before usage, otherwise a card transaction can be rejected.
2. Can I link my Bitget Card to other payment platforms like Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Our card supports Apple Pay and Google Pay, but the compatibility of the Bitget crypto credit card with other payment platforms may vary. It is recommended to check with us for the available integration options.
3. What happens if my payment gets refunded?
Refunds of any kind will always be made in USDT (Tether) into your [Funding Account], as soon as we receive a refund from Visa.
For example, if your account was deducted 0.002 Bitcoin for an eligible purchase, and you claimed a full refund later, the refund will be deposited into your [Funding Account] only in the form of USDT (Tether) with the right amount less applicable processing fees.

Sure, you can use your Bitget Card to pay in such foreign currencies as GBP, EUR, HKD, TWD, VND, AUD, etc. When you travel. A foreign transaction fee shall apply.
