Before that, you need to activate your physical Bitget Card from the Card Dashboard.

1. Find the 6-digits of your activation code from the packaging envelope.
2. Input the activation code on the URL provided.
3. You have successfully activated your card!

1. How do I top up funds for my Bitget Card?

Instead of topping up, you should maintain sufficient balance in your [Funding Account] under the Bitget account. Make sure that your funds are transferred into the [Funding Account] before usage, otherwise a card transaction can be rejected.

 

2. Can I link my Bitget Card to other payment platforms like Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Our card supports Apple Pay and Google Pay, but the compatibility of the Bitget crypto credit card with other payment platforms may vary. It is recommended to check with us for the available integration options.

 

3. What happens if my payment gets refunded?

Refunds of any kind will always be made in USDT (Tether) into your [Funding Account], as soon as we receive a refund from Visa.

For example, if your account was deducted 0.002 Bitcoin for an eligible purchase, and you claimed a full refund later, the refund will be deposited into your [Funding Account] only in the form of USDT (Tether) with the right amount less applicable processing fees.

• Foreign transaction fee: 0.5% on top of Visa's foreign transaction fee

• Dormancy/Inactivity fee: None

  • None for first-time issuance;
  • For card replacement, we charge a fee of USD 100 for Premium Card and USD 299 for Black Card.
• ATM fees: 2% withdrawal fee in USD; 4% withdrawal fee in currencies other than USD

 

 

5. Can I order an extra Bitget Card on my account for someone else?

At this moment, one Bitget UID can only order a maximum of one Bitget Card. No additional card supported.

 

6. How can I track my pending and card activity?

Tracking your spending and card activity is easy with the Bitget mobile app or by accessing your account online. You can conveniently view your [Transaction History] and statements for comprehensive monitoring. 

 

 

7. Can I pay for things in a foreign currency?

Sure, you can use your Bitget Card to pay in such foreign currencies as GBP, EUR, HKD, TWD, VND, AUD, etc. When you travel. A foreign transaction fee shall apply.

 

8. Are there any foreign transaction fees associated with the Bitget Card?

Yes, there are foreign transaction fees for purchases made in a currency different from the card's base currency (USD). These fees are typically a percentage of the transaction amount and are outlined in the card terms and conditions.

 

9. Can I earn Interest on the funds in Bitget [Funding Account]?

The primary focus of the Bitget Card is on spending cryptocurrencies rather than earning interest on the funds. However, future developments will introduce features related to earning interest. Stay updated with the Bitget platform for any such updates.

 

10. How can I check my Bitget Card account?
