How to Get Started with Xanpool
Step 1: Log in to your Bitget account and click [Buy crypto] - [Third-party Payment] from the top navigation bar
Step 2: On the third party, select the digital assets you want to buy and a fiat currency for payment and enter the total value of the fiat currency. Select [XANPOOL] as the service provider and an available payment method. Confirm all the information of your order: crypto amount and total fiat currency value and then click [Next].
Step 3: Review your order <> select bank transfer <> Click on [Buy USDT]
Step 4: Sign up to XanPool with your Bitget registered email address
Step 5: You will then proceed to make bank transfer in the account provided
Step 6: Wait for confirmation of payment then return to the Bitget page
Step 7: As soon as the transaction is completed, you will receive an email from XanPool. You will also receive a deposit confirmation email from Bitget once your purchased asset is credited into your account upon the purchase's completion.

1. I have completed the transaction, but I have not received my funds.
Often with cross-border payments, transaction confirmations, completion times, and bank settlements can vary, depending on the payment methods. As a result, the amounts are not immediately on the receiver's side. Several reasons can cause a delay, such as high traffic on the blockchain during mining.
You may track the status of your transaction by keying in the transaction hash sent to you via SMS at either of the relevant blockchain explorers:

2. What are the transaction limits per account?
Each payment method also has its own unique per-transaction limit. To find out more about each payment methods' per-transaction limits, please head to https://xanpool.com/.
On the right demo widget, change the currency field to your desired choice. The maximum limit for that currency and payment method will be indicated.
Total Transaction (Daily/Monthly) Limit
The total transaction limits depend on the regions you are in. We currently cannot increase these limits for a specific customer. The daily limit is calculated not as a calendar day, from 00:00 till 23:59, but as a 24-hour period since purchasing.
The monthly limit is counted as a 31-day period since the purchase that reached the limit, and not as a calendar month.
3. I made an incorrect payment
